- 摘要限以英文撰寫，內容須包含 1. 英文題目 2. 姓名 3. 服務單位 4. 摘要內容 (字限350字)。
- 報名時得選擇poster only或poster+oral blitz (oral blitz以介紹poster為主)並貼入摘要內容。
- 摘要經本會之審查委員會審閱後，於8月14日公告poster及oral blitz名單。
- 摘要被接受之報名者需於兩週內(8/28)繳交會議註冊費。
- 選擇poster+oral blitz者，將擇優8位進行口頭報告，於名單公告兩週內寄PowerPoint口頭報告內容至學會email: sngpain@sngpain.org 。
- 論文發表訂於9月9日早上8:30-9:00口頭報告，中午12:00頒獎，下午15:30-16:00海報發表，但海報需於當日9:30前張貼完畢。
年會投稿歡迎會員踴躍投稿，首屆開放非會員投稿，但需繳交會議註冊費(年會1000元)，逾期未繳者，學會不再另行通知並取消張貼(或報告)資格。
會議註冊費：9/9(六)年會1,000元、9/10(日)工作坊1,000元。
會員得免費參與會議，年度會籍結算日為12月31日，得提早繳交2024年常年會費1,000元。
Poster
- 海報背板為 (直幅) 100 cm(寬) x 200 cm(高) ，建議海報製作尺寸為90 cm(寬) x 120~140 cm(高) 。
- 海報需於早上9:30前張貼完畢，報告者需於下午15:30-16:00至所屬海報前接受提問討論。
Oral Blitz
- 摘要經本會之審查委員會審閱後，擇優8位進行英文口頭報告。
- 報告者需於名單公告兩週內寄PowerPoint口頭報告內容至學會email: sngpain@sngpain.org (8月28日23:59截止繳交PowerPoint)。
- 請務必下載本會提供之口頭報告範本修改，且勿更動投影片尺寸大小。
- PowerPoint檔需包含首頁之標題、姓名、服務單位、關鍵字，
- 整體內容以5頁為限(不含標題頁)。
- 三分鐘演講 (oral blitz)，是配合壁報論文發表，請大家以英文簡要地介紹自己團隊的研究主題、擅長的技術平台與研究成果；然後在壁報發表時段，有充分時間討論，進行學術交流及腦力激盪。
Welcome everyone submit their papers for the annual conference. Non-members are also invited to submit abstract for 1st edition, but they are required to pay a conference registration fee (TWD 1,000). Failure to submit the fee by the deadline will result in the cancellation of the poster or oral blitz presentation without prior notice.
Conference Registration Fee:One-Day Only TWD 1000; Full Two-Day Conference TWD 2000.
Members can attend the conference for free, but annual membership expire on December 31st each year. You have the option to pay the membership fee for 2024 in advance.
- Abstracts must be written in English, and the content must include 1. English title; 2. Author names; 3. Institution; 4. Abstract content (word limit is 350 words).
- When registering, you can choose poster only or poster+oral blitz (with a focus on introducing your poster) and both requiring you to paste your abstracts in the text box.
- After review by the committee, the list of accepted posters and oral blitz presentations will be announced on August 14, 2023.
- Accepted participants must pay the conference registration fee within 2 weeks (August 28).
- The top 8 presenters will be selected for Oral Blitz (3 minutes). Oral presenters need to send the slide (PowerPoint file) to the TSS email: sngpain@sngpain.org within 2 weeks (August 28).
- The presentations will take place on September 9.
- Morning Oral blitz and poster will be held from 8:30 to 9:00, with awards presented at noon.
- All poster must be posted by 9:30 and present from 15:30 to 16:00.
Poster
- Each poster presenter is assigned a poster board of 100cm (W) and 200 cm (H).
- We recommend the poster size to be 90cm (W) and 120-140cm (H).
- 2.Posters must be posted by 9:30. Presenters are asked to show up from 15:30 to 16:00.
Oral Blitz
- After review by the committee, the top 8 presenters will be selected for Oral Blitz (3 minutes).
- Oral presenters need to send the slide (PowerPoint file) to the TSS email: sngpain@sngpain.org within 2 weeks (August 28).
- Please download the oral template to modify for your own slides, and do not change the size of the slides.
- The content of the oral blitz (the PowerPoint file) must include the title, speaker name, institution, and keywords on the home page. The page limitation is 5 pages (excluding the title page).
- The oral blitz is a 3-minute brief oral presentation with an aim to efficiently convey each researcher’s topic of interest. The presenters may introduce to the audiences of their research topics, technical platforms, and research results. All the oral blitz presenters may refer the audiences to their own posters in the poster session later on.
