Led by 34 interdisciplinary experts from the Taiwan SNG Society, this consensus is published in the Journal of the Formosan Medical Association, (2025).

📌 SNG is defined as an independent sensory modality associated with acid-sensing mechanisms—not merely a subtype of pain.

This consensus formally introduces:
✅ 16個痠覺專業術語（e.g. Sngception, Allosngsia, Hyposngsia）
16 standardized terms to enable clinical and research precision
✅ 四大痠覺臨床類型分類（痠感性 / 發炎性 / 神經病變 / 神經可塑性）
A 4-part clinical taxonomy of SNG: Sngceptive, Inflammatory, Neuropathic, and Sngplastic
✅ 適用於慢性病、運動後、術後、疫苗反應、長新冠等
Applicable to diverse scenarios including chronic back soreness, fibromyalgia, post-exercise soreness, post-surgical discomfort, long COVID, and more
